Yes the GPU cooler is clean, and the temps are as they always has been - idle at around 50c and during gaming heats up to around 85c, depending on how graphically intensive the game is. On a side note, OCCT graphic test heats it up to 100c in about 10 minutes and I didn't dare letting it go...

Seems like during POST your board is trying to access the ram and failed. Try to leave only one stick plugged in, if that doesn't work try each of the different slot. Do the same with the other one. If you're overclocking, set it back to normal once you get the chance. If all failed, get a ram...
