My i5 4690k can't go over 3,5 ghz. After my bios update was failed and my motherboard was serviced my cpu were limited to 3,5 mhz. Before the service it was good and went easily to 3,9. I did no overclocking or anything. My pc specification hasn't changed. Any solution? (sry for bad english)
