i5 4690k limited to 3,5

My i5 4690k can't go over 3,5 ghz.
After my bios update was failed and my motherboard was serviced my cpu were limited to 3,5 mhz.
Before the service it was good and went easily to 3,9.
I did no overclocking or anything.
My pc specification hasn't changed.

Any solution?

Probably the servicepeople flashed your Bios to an older version. You can update your Bios to latest and then try OC-ing your devils canyon cpu

ahw but originally i shouldn't oc anything becouse my cpu automatically goes 3.5-3,9?
