    Assuming that CPU is just a typo: GPU temperature in MSI Afterburner is 77°C I do not know what kind of power setting you are talking about. I haven't found one in msi afterburner and also not in the Inno3D utility. There is also no Bios Switch on the Card Card is a INNO3D GeForce RTX 4080...
