It's pretty old motherboard, you should get a new one for the upgrade. You can get pretty decent motherboard under 50$-70$ this days.

@NightHawkRMX , @Nemesia , @JohnBonhamsGhost Thank you for your support. There are no beeps anymore. Solution: I updated bios to F50, taken out cmos battery (15 minutes), and reinstalled memory module after 15 minutes. Thank you for your great support and you were very kind to me!

I have a big discovery! Like I just turned my system off and that cable that is connected to CPU_ FAN i disconnected it and connected to SYS_FAN. When I turned the pc on it started to produce that wierd sound! When I put back that cable to CPU_FAN it didn't whine, but of course when I play...
