I currently have a gtx 750 ti oc edition and a friend is selling his r9 280x for cheap. So at most I'm looking at like 30-40 bucks after I get rid of the 750. Is that worth it for the upgrade or would I be better off sticking with the 750 a little longer? Thanks!

The ram did help! Especially with watch dogs but over all I can tell a difference. I still don't know why my cpu and gpu are only running at 70% max... What could be the reason for that?

Arma 3, assassins Creed unity, days, and most recent is watch dogs which has been weird. It will run at 60-70 fps and randomly drop to 0 for a second. On watch dogs the gpu will run at 85-95% though
