Hi, I am curious what is the best possible budget card ideally under $100 or used 100-$200 i can run on my old rig, it has ssd + hdd, i5-3470 cpu, 8gb ram which i can upgrade to 16 at any time, and a 300W PSU apparently i am missing a 8pin connector for rx580 not sure what the solution is.

cpu should be fine, gpu would be a gamble, generally i try to stay away from used motherboard and gpu unless i trust the source
