Do you know what new options you have available to you? Do any of those resellers sell an extended warranty on the parts?
well options would cost more i5 3470 is one of the best available cpus i can find in the market, and a new motherboard is pretty much necessary for anything recent asus h610 h510 b450 motherboards possibly or something along those lines and then we are looking at an entirely new system, it is something i would do maybe in a year or two but at the moment in no hurry i barely have weekends

If you just want to bump things along a little get 2x8GB of ram and a 2.5 ssd for the OS and apps.

Use the hdd for bulk storage.

thanks folks, i did install a single 8gb ram for the moment, the used rx580 thing may not be doable so did not go for 16gb ram but i have the option to upgrade the ram anytime, for cpu went with 3.2GHz I5-3470 and a small ssd, i am not sure if the motherboard can support the rx580 or not or if it is just a psu thing, because the psu is 300w and i think i am lackign an 8pin connector for the rx580
