do i need to up the voltage or something?

I have an i5-3570k and an asrock z77x extreme4 and whenever i try to overclock my cpu, my cpu usage sits at 100 for games when before it would sit at around 80. if im going from 3.4 ghz to 4,2, my usage should be less not more. and not 100 percent for almost all games.

So i recently overclocked my i5-3570k to 4.4 ghz stable temps are great under 60c under load but for some reason my cpu usage is at 100 during games like bf4 or dota 2. obviously bf4 is a really cpu intensive game and so are source games but before overclocking it never got to 100 percent. so...
