Ive updated it few days ago its updated, i used avg antivirus and did deep scan of pc took around 2 hours but it didnt find anything

So i've been having issue with chrome and other web browsers where i am not able to load some pages correctly. Most annoying is my gmail account not loading correctly where i cant even see the log off button so its really annoying, if i google some pictures half of them even wont load refreshing...

I've done some googling as im lifeless and the gpu is VTX Radeon HD 6770 and i have read that that model needs 350W does that change anything at all?
