Question Google chrome not loading pages correctly

So i've been having issue with chrome and other web browsers where i am not able to load some pages correctly. Most annoying is my gmail account not loading correctly where i cant even see the log off button so its really annoying, if i google some pictures half of them even wont load refreshing doesnt help anything. Wondering if anyone has solution to this annoying issue?

ive done deep scan with antivirus software and it didnt find anything so id rule that one

Look at the extension installed on chrome and make sure no weird extension are installed.

Another thing. Open Chrome. Press CRTL+SHIFT+DEL. A windows will pop up. Time range choose "All Time". Check all the options below the time selection and press clear data. This will remove any passwords saved, form input saved, cached files, cookies etc. If you do this you will have to reconnect to any accounts you were connected on your browser that was saved in the past. Like your Gmail account. When you start Chrome next time after clearing the data you will have to log in your gmail account again.

Let me know if this fixed the issue.

What if you uninstall Chrome and reinstall it fresh install?

i have got bunch of errors around 40 of them on google help page(picture i sent above) how do i fix them?

Ive updated it few days ago

its updated, i used avg antivirus and did deep scan of pc took around 2 hours but it didnt find anything

im not sure what that means so if you could elaborate a bit, i believe i will be installing new windows to try to fix the issue
