    Ok so I been dealing with this for the last 3 weeks now and basically ever since this problem started happening I've been unable to play any online multiplayer games due to packet loss spikes. I've called Cable One(help me)...my ISP at least 10 times in 2 weeks and basically I hadn't downloaded...
