Which is better from theese three?

I would stick with Gigabyte GPUs, so would the 1660 OC Windfroce woth it? I also saw the Zotac GTX 1660 AMP, that looks good and its a little bit cheaper too

So I have an I5 7400 and I was thinking on swapping from Intel to AMD because I heard that AMD is performing better nowdays. The case would be upgrading to Ryzen 2600, so would it worth it? I also would upgrade the other componets, like an MSI B450 Tomahawk and a Corsair Vegeance LPX 2x8 3200Mhz...

Maybe slot 4 isnt working because I put back to slot 4 and it didnt work so I put back to slot 3. The other thing is that I went to the pc properties and it shows that I have 8 GB instead of 16

My whole PC is one year old

Im using the 2nd and the 4th slot, my psu is maybe one year old, and I havent updated the bios

I have been upgraded my ram from 1x8 to 2x8 GB (they are the same, I also checked the number of the product) and when I turned on the pc the monitor was balck, no signal. I removed and put back the CMOS battery and it didnt change after all... I tried with 1 stick and it was the same result as...
