I currently have a Corsair H115i (slightly older one but not like super old), but it just isn't keeping up at the noise levels I want and I've been having issues with the fans/pump working with iCue. The whole experience of using an AIO has not been great, so I think I want to go to an air...
I am looking to buy a new monitor to suite my GTX 1080 better than a 60 hz 1080p. I have been looking at the ASUS MG279Q (https://m.newegg.com/products/24-236-466?iscoz=true) as it has all the specs I want. I was set on it, but now Newegg has a deal for the TN version...
I was overclocking my 7600k and used Asus's auto 5 Ghz Kaby Lake tool, which left the CPU at stock auto voltage. When doing AIDA64 it was perfectly stable at 5 Ghz and was staying reasonably cool (60-75 with H115i on quiet mode), but the voltages were around 1.45-1.5 V. It runs at low voltages...
I have a feeling this is going to be 0-7 fps of from the Titan XP. Those specs are basically the same as a Titan XP. Interesting to see how this plays out
I am building my first system and am deciding between some motherboards. I've narrowed it down to the Maximus VIII Hero or the EVGA Classified K. What are the pros and cons of each, and which would be better for gaming. Or should I spend some more and get a Hero Alpha?
I don't plan on doing...
I'm building in little while and am starting to get the parts. B&H has a deal on a WD My Book 3TB external drive for $70, which is just $5 more than a 2TB Seagate internal. Would there be a noticeable performance difference between the two? I don't have a use for an external drive and it would...
Which headset should I go with? I have heard amazing things about HyperX's memory foam pads, but also amazing things about Logitech headsets. Which should I get? Or other sub-$50 headsets? Thank You!
Wow, that is a lot of HDDs. IMO, just keep it. Unless you need a NAS, you don't need one. And unless you really want a media center, chances are you'll probably like gaming with a 1070 and 1440p monitor better.
Pretty much your entire system.
Internet: 5 year old USB WiFi adapter. You really think it's still working good?
Loading times: 5 year old (I'm assuming) HDD. You really think it will give you decent loading times?
Your entire system is very outdated. That PSU doesn't even have an 80+...
Petty straight forward. I will be building a PC soon and have yet to decide on a case. It needs to be $100 max. I have narrowed it down to these 3 cases (Newegg Comparison) and the new FD C, which I will wait for more reviews/builds. I love the look of the Corsair and BQ, but the FD has so many...
