It should be plenty for a 4890, i'm not quite sure about diamond as many members here say that it is a bad brand and XFX is the maker of Nvidia cards so not quite sure about that either. Maybe go with a manufacturer like Asus or Sapphire, those are like big ATi brands.

What make and brand is your PSU? And how many amps does it have on the 12V rail?

Looks like thats a ATX desktop? You might want to take out the PSU and measure it to make sure its ATX. If it is then your in luck, if its something like BTX like Dell makes then amybe/ most likely yes tho. I'm not sure if that 4400+ will create a bottleneck for that card.

I agree with that CM 690 suggestion, its looks great has great cooling, adeqaute room for upgrades and theres the nvidia edition which is so sexy lol.

Yes it'll fit that CPU because it is a LGA775 socket, and that HSF is a LGA775 cooler it'll work. Just make sure you have good thermal paste and your ready to go.

That's true the 4890 is better for that res. Unless of course you were going higher like the GTX275 or 285.

IS that 4830 a double heighted card? If it is then oyu out of luck, without any dremel or rotary tool work your not going to be able to fit such a card in that machine. But if its a normal video card then it should work that HD shouldn't be blocking it.
