So I managed to connect the wires in the same area as to where i belive the green and black should be.. the fan spins but it dowsnt spin for long

The x650m only has black wires it doesnt come color coded

So I had An old D500exp PSU I upgraded my graphics card from a 1070 to an 2080 super. Turns out 2080 super needs at least 650 watts. I Bought a CX650m and connected everything but the power supply wont turn on. Also i just tried connecting it to the board with the 24pin only and it still wont...
