I have a problem With my gtx 980ti! It's the Zotac Amp Extreme. And the problem is that the fan are too loud! but I mean TOO LOUD. I've been searching for this problem and is called "Coil Whine" so... is there any Cooler (liquid Cooler) for this card? please answer~
