Question about GPU cooling!

I have a problem With my gtx 980ti! It's the Zotac Amp Extreme.
And the problem is that the fan are too loud! but I mean TOO LOUD. I've been searching for this problem and is called "Coil Whine"
so... is there any Cooler (liquid Cooler) for this card? please answer~

Coil whine and Fan noise are two seperate 'issues'

If your fans are spinning too loud, check your GPU temperatures first. Then set a custom fan profile using a programme called MSI afterburner to reduce the speed of the fans, but be careful your card doesnt overheat! - check temps during gaming with msi afterburner.
