The used space in my system partition is 72.5GB in a new HP computer. I can account for around 50GB after checking hidden folders (part is a Windows.old folder of 22.8GB) but how do I find what uses the other 20GB?

I have a HP computer running a clean install of Windows 10. Every three to four days it crashes on startup with the message that includes "Process 1_Initialization_Failed". Windows eventually fixes the problem and restarts successfully. Do you know what causes the problem in the first place?
