I have this board and the recommended ram. There were 10 usb connections available on the board to begin with but the onboard wireless takes up two of them..So if our math is correct that leaves 8. My wireless installed just fine and works. I havnt had any hickups yet but haven't tried any...

I have the same board and I can boot from my sata drive. I dont even have a IDE hard drive installed. All I have in is a SATA 250 WD. I think you might have to have in in the 1st sata socket.

ddr2 cas5 is not gonna speed up your AM2 system. It is recommended by overclockers to go with the cas4 ddr2. Thats the $255 price I was quoteing. :)

ram is a big issue for this board I think it runs best with the corsair 6400c4 ram..I dont really know if thats your problemor not ..just a suggestion It should at least post if the ram is working

I dont know about Foxcon but Asus seems to have a few motherboard issues. I have been reading alot of problems for a board with such a good reputation...I think some manufactures are rushing out boards too fast....IMHO.

i like what I read about the m2n-e . If you dont want sli and I dont care about sli..but its a new board you never know yet the only bad thing I have read is that the ram voltage only goes to 1.95 v. But if thats all thats wrong with it it should be fine.
