can you explain what this, how to do it, and why it may be affecting me? Just would like to understand a little more of what's going on.

During the stress test for the GPU the max temp it hit was 74 degrees. Are there specific tests for CPU you can recommend I try? I will look at my BIOS and see if I have the latest version. Is there a guide you can direct me to for checking/updating BiOS? Thanks
