try to create new admin profile/user, and use that one to change msconfig.

have you try in safemode? either your profile damage or 3rd party application prevented you.

its the same as SSD, if you can afford it then go for it. otherwise you can still get by with HDD (or in your case 60Hz).

are you sure you plugged all the necessary cables to your mobo? whats your complete spec?

yes, 192.168.0.100 = pc-name. make sure both pc/laptop on private connection, setting -> network & internet -> change connection properties

do you have beeper? if so, remove your ram and turn your pc on. does it make beeping sounds?

what version of windows 10 youre using? the latest one has removed homegroup. go to 192.168.0.100 make sure that youre sharing D. right click D folder -> properties -> sharing -> advanced sharing -> check "share this folder" -> click permissions -> give everyone full control.

so, your printer plugged to desktop which is running fine, but you cant access the printer through network (wireless/wired) from your laptop? is that right?

can you open "\\192.168.0.100\folder-name\" ?

did your printer being detected by your desktop? check device manager.
