In my other system i have only sata 2 mode but on that system it maxes out the ssd speed on sata 2 so there is some problem with my laptop.....

Tomorrow i will have access to my workstation and will test ssd there.

i have allready latest bios and will check the utility you suggested. And as i said brand new drive just windows installed. Allso i checked smart on the drive and all seems fine i think must be laptop need to test in another pc this ssd. Checked for firware updates and its on the latest...

So just yesterday i got new ssd for my laptop to speed up the system. I knew that this laptop may be runnung ssd on sata 2 speeds. So i checked speed in benchmark and i got 10 times less write speed than read. ~500 mb/s read and ~50 mb/s write and ssd just came out of the box. And its running...

okay i found the problem and Speed step was disabled aswell and when i did enable cpu did tubo boost tnx for help but i managed to fix this one by myself

Still that doesnt eliminate the point of hard drive having low write speed and i think that is the problem. Maybe do defragment on your hdd because when its quite old and havent been done the drive can get slow and on windows 7 you need to do it manually windows 10 does it automatically. And...

i think the problem is your moving 2 different files one is movie (single file) and 2nd is application instalation(very high number of files and copying to a hard drive it kills speed). P.S when you move files form ssd to hdd (hdd is the limit not the ssd) .

I allready did read the whole thread that guys just didnt see that his cpu did turbo but mine cpus doenst trubo at all check the max clocks on the cpu on bouth tests and it does allso turbo on all cores active. It should do close to 3ghz on all cores with turbo.

Doesnt get really higher than these i think temperetures are not bad (lowest fan speed on fan controler)
