Did a full clean, didnt help the issue. No updated chipset drivers available. I'm going to try and declock (not sure what to call it lol) my cpu and see if it helps, although temps arent the issue. I'll post temps when underload in a few minutes

I just tried that, didnt fix the issue. The PC is able to boot but the monitors and USB's dont detect. I tested the Monitors/Keyboard/Mouse on another pc and it worked fine. Red light next to "CPU" Text is still occurring

My new graphics card has an HDMI port and a DVID Dual. When I used the HDMI port it said 'No signal' so I bought a VGA to DVID Dual adapter and it still had no signal.
