Hi, i just recently bought a gtx 1070 ti which just wont work like it should. In some games i get much to low fps, even though usage is high and in some i get low fps on low usage (no cpu bottlneck!). The main problem i have, is in CSGO and some other games, the GPU usage is maxed and frames...
