Solving my own question. Took out the card to reseat it, and the green light on the board turned red, and it was dead. Picked up a Geforce 660 and popped that in, no crashes so far. SO.. looks like a bad card.

I have an identical setup, only with a 7950. Not a single crash so far. :/
