Managed to get the solution from a supplier. You have to use a scissors, basically put enough pressure on the sides of plastic bolt to keep a grip and then push scissors a bit forward and it pops quite easily. View: https://imgur.com/a/PeiaJfW

@DRagor Thanks for your reply, yeah I tried rotating them, unsurprisingly it didn't work. I'm still browsing internet for solutions before I try yanking them out again, because it seems like a horrible way to do it.

It's actually an Intel processor, it's an LGA1151 bracket I believe. Unfortunately I don't have the manual and can't find one for it online. Here is a picture of it. I yanked out one of the plastic bolts with a knife yesterday out of frustration, but don't think I was supposed to do that...

Thanks for the reply. I actually found the solution, you need to push the clip down and then pull the lever on the clip up on just one of them and the whole thing comes off super easy. Now, to get the plastic mounting bracket or whatever it's called off!
