ok I did clean installation of my drivers using this guide . I changed the 12-pin to three 8-pin to a 12-pin to four 8-pin cable. I updated my bios to the most recent.and i still have this problem. i'm at a loss

I've never updated my bios. ill have to check my bios if its using legacy.
