Question Will a 3-pin RGB fan work in a 4-pin RGB header?

I'm not sure since a 4-pin RGB header is 12V and a 3-pin RGB header is 5V therefore the fan's 3-pin RGB is 5V. I'm not sure. This is the first time I meddling with RGB.

Question Will a 3-pin RGB fan work in a 4-pin RGB header?

Exactly but, the fan has a 4-pin power connector and a 3-pin RGB header. Would the 3-pin RGB header work through a splitter connected to the motherboard's 4-pin RGB header?

Question Will a 3-pin RGB fan work in a 4-pin RGB header?

@geofelt are mini-ITX and micro-ITX the same? Because that particular motherboard is micro-ATX and the case is mini-ITX..

@dexxterlab97 @rebmac I will be buying some components from Malta and some from amazon.co.uk. This is the PSU I had in mind http://www.scanmalta.com/scanshop/600w-evga-80-plus-atx-power-supply.html
