Try to reseat everything except cpu

Can you list all the Components like Psu,Cpu,Gpu etc.

C Also check the front panel connector if they weird in the right positioning,some Case r like this

Put out all of your parts first,then Reseat everything like richies said,if still not working try to reset the BIOS(correct me if im wrong)

Cant get to the BIOS actually after insert the GPU in and turned out that the PSU is the "Faulty" One,anyway i store that PC anyway,thanks for helping,appreciate it

Why don't you open the case and check if theres some dusty thing,or Your thermal paste contaminated with dust,Try to Reseat and check your GPU driver.

Don't be panic yet,Recheck all the cable your Plugged in.

Isnt Corsair VS450 known for their bad capacitor.
