Done everything said and more. Think it is a RMA job. Second time RMA the motherboard as the first one didn't power on. Thanks for the help

Yup, gone through the cables a few times. I've also tried display port hdmi dvi-d on 2 different monitors with no luck.

Just tried using one stick of ram and switching to see if that was the issue but still no display. I took the CPU out to check the pins and saw no bent ones. The monitors just say no input on them.

Yes the Gpu worked fine in his system. The PSU is the included one you get with the inwin A1 case.

I borrowed a friend's gpu and tried that. It also didn't display.
