i had a dell monitor that i could change the response time from normal to super fast, so in normal mode, when not gaming, it was totally fine...

i just today upgraded to 1080p 144hz freesync monitor from an old 60hz one with new rx 590 and i must say im exciting like a little girl, its so awesome.the smooth graphics.
i was really thinking if to replace to 144hz qhd intead.
which amd gpu do i need to get 144 fps on qhd 144hz? lol
oh so the monitor can display at all the frequencies within that range at any given moment according to every changing fps......, i thought maybe it can only permanently display at 60, 120, 59 etc
and should it always be set at 120hz? what about youtube\netflix and such?
thanks a lot

the gpu is overclock edition (at factory settings) you think it may do problems? maybe should i replace to regular edition?
i have a feeling that its indeed my motherboard
i thought about clean install windows 7 cause i have the cd and all. but maybe its better to install win 10?
