    Question PC won't power on

PSU>CPU (check?) PSU>Motherboard (check?) PSU>Is button in back set on? If no fans are spinning, make sure your case wires are connected correctly into the motherboard, such as the PWR SWTCH, LED+, -, etc (use manual). If that doesn't work, then your motherboard might be damaged.

Question What is CPUID HWMonitor VID#0-7 V max?

Manual cpu core ratio sync: 47 Manual voltage override: 1.150 My question is, in CPUID HWMonitor, there are values VID #0-7 and I assume they are related to the voltage each core is receiving. If so, if my manual voltage override is set to 1.150, then why am I seeing a max of 1.214v being used...

Question Why is default CPU benchmark crashing my pc?

New motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E. I tried overclocking the CPU in the bios, but I think it's grayed out. I'm trying to manually adjust the core ratio, but it doesn't let me. Can someone tell me how to do this? If it's not a huge deal, can someone explain the difference from overclocking...

Question Do I need XMP built into mobo to overclock RAM?

I got the Corsiar Vengeance rgb Pro DDR4 16GB (2-8GB) @ 3000mhz. My question is does my motherboard need to have XMP in bios for the ram to be overclocked higher than 2133mhz? My motherboard is the MSI Z370 SLI PLUS, I don't believe it supports XMP profiles. (there cannot overclock DDR4 RAM?)

Question Why is default CPU benchmark crashing my pc?

ThermalTake 750W Bronze PSU. Could it really be not enough power delivery? Booting up today, I had immediately crashed, so I had to system restore again. I changed XTU default ghz to 3.6ghz just to be safe today. Idle temps about 40-50c now.

Question Why is default CPU benchmark crashing my pc?

Question Why is default CPU benchmark crashing my pc?

I recently upgraded to an i9-9900K. I used the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility program to start overclocking. I'm still very new to overclocking CPUs, so i started slowly and used default settings. After many crashes, I went back to default ghz (which is 4.7) and tried running a benchmark. It also...

    Bios Boot Help with Sata

I cant open the optical drive. It needs to be recognized by bios for it to even power on i suppose. Could it be because it is 3Gbs optical drive and i only have 6Gbs connector or is it okay?
