1080p 144hz, battlefield, cs, pubg, call if duty blackout.

As you can tell I upgraded to the rtx 2080. Before the upgrade my build was msi z97 gaming 5, 4790k, h100i, 4x4 ddr3 quad channel 1400 Ram, gtx 770 4gb. Drivers are all up to date. Uninstalled and reinstalled all. I'm seeing probably a 5% increase in fps in most games. Am I bottlenecked or am I...
