This is my device manager section. With show hidden enabled. There was an xbox 360 peripherals tab but I uninstalled it when someone said it might fix it, but then windows 10 never reinstalled it. So I guess my PC doesnt recognize the controller as a controller. http://

Thanks but I've done all that and no avail. There's no xbox peripherals driver on my PC and windows 10 is convinced its up to date.
