  did you use the correct size of thermal pads. even if temps look fine it might not be dissipating the heat properly.

  id you make sure all the pads for the vrm etc are intact its possible that they are overheating or not making contact.

  NVIDIA recommends a 500 watt power supply as the bare minimum spec for a RTX 4060, so you could use it in theory... but is it cutting it...

  Infact 500w is plenty for a systems that draws about 300w max but the Cooler Master B500 is a horrible PSU. Very low quality quality...

  I agree with turtletarget111. 500W should be "ok" but it's very close to the limit. I would get a 650W just for the peace of mind.
