When I swapped fans, that one which worked normally was worked like with defect. There is something in software. Fans are ok and are new.

There is a splitter inside GPU. GPU > 2pin connector > 1 cable to 2 plugs > 1 fan to each plug. I've tried to connect reversed fans (i mean to other plug than firstly) and effect is the same.
