Kit rated at 3600mhz any attempt to run at a decent speed (3000, 3200, 3400, 3600) has failed. I dont know anything about voltage or timings anyone got any help?

Im on the newest graphics driver. And i downloaded newest motherboard BIOS. How would i get the mobo BIOS to actually be updated. As the file i downloaded just sits in my downloads folder. Thanks for the help.
