[SOLVED] Coil whine on high end brand new PSU and graphics card?

High End brand new PSU and graphics card, still have coil whine, any fixes? I do not want to buy a new PSU if I dont have to?

Specs: ryzen 7 2700x
rog b450f
rog rtx 2070
stock amd cooler
16gb GSKILL trident Z ram
Asus rog 750 Watt PSU

update the BIOS of the motherboard

did you overclock your system?

coil whine is a hardware problem, so not much to do against it except replacing the component which produces the coil whine (e.g. the GPU)

I did not OC any components. It doesnt bother me too much. Will it cause damage to the system because if not its not a huge problem for me

It won't cause any damage. It's just an inconvenience.

Gpu VRM isn't receiving a clean supply of power from the psu, or there's some minor defect between the the 2 parts.
Drivers
At least, that's what I know to cause coil whine.

Im on the newest graphics driver. And i downloaded newest motherboard BIOS. How would i get the mobo BIOS to actually be updated. As the file i downloaded just sits in my downloads folder. Thanks for the help.

I didn't specifically say which driver, but that some of them can.

The instructions should've been there on the page you downloaded the file from - or at least on the FAQ.
