I have this issue as well, and I have not found an answer yet. My Lan port turns off as well when this happens.

My newish, Dell laptop (SSD and all the bells and whistles) is being a lemon. I walk away from the laptop, 30 mins (or more sometimes), and when I get back I can see that my software bitlock is off, my wireless mouse will not move, my wireless keyboard is unresponsive, and my LAN port is off...
