Okay. So I am running into a major stalemate here hope you guys can solve it. I try to power on my PC. Nothing happens, No signs of life. Disconnect PSU and hook up to my other PC. Fires it up just fine no problems. Reconnect PSU etc. etc. Still no fire. Take a screw driver to connect...

Hooked the PSU upto my PC and worked like a charm. You think clearing CMOS or anything could help, problem is it just doesn't act like it's getting power at all. Even connecting power switch with a screw driver doesn't work lol. So going to have to figure the motherboard isn't working properly...

Yep that's what I'm thinking happened as well.

Side Note, This motherboard has no indicator lights, and the case has no speaker for post beeps o_O I also stripped it down and re-plugged everything from the empty case, still nothing.

Done and Done. Neither causing an issue. I've also tried jump starting on MB prongs to test that power switch was working properly.

I would suggest running your Video card through a test with 3DMark. From the sounds of it you have a Video Card that is failing. "If it crashes etc. during 3DMark it's a bad video card" Additionally, you can open up Device Manager "Type Device Manager in the search bar." Go to Display...

At 71C the middle fan was at 1097 RPM, it's never went up or down, at idle it runs at 1097 RPM at full load it runs at 1097 RPM just find it very strange haha.

Was wondering if this is a sign that one of my fans on my GPU is going on... Fan 1: 1733 RPM Fan 2: 1097 RPM Fan 3: 1733 RPM Fan 1 and Fan 3 are staying at the same or almost exact same RPM speeds. Fan 2 however is staying at 1097 RPM. Is this normal ? - No Noises or any indications of a fan...

Yeah, Went into bios and had to set it manually to the Dram 2400 profile. Find it odd that it didn't auto detect the change though.

So I just bought me a couple of decent 8gb Gskill Ares 2400mhz ram chips.... My Dram Frequency is only reading at 666.5Mhz …. This seems way off as I normally get over 1000 Dram Frequency... Any ideas / suggestions.

If battery is fully charged, should work fine now. But battery may not be charged properly so check the charge and you can remove power once fully charged.

Nope should hopefully be fully solved now. If the issue comes up again rinse and repeat the battery reset.

Okay, On the bottom around the battery should be a pinhole, Stick a paperclip in there and press the button. Let the laptop sit a few minutes then plug in power cord and try booting up. "can take up to 5 minutes to finish before being able to be booted" try that and let me know
