Okay, On the bottom around the battery should be a pinhole, Stick a paperclip in there and press the button. Let the laptop sit a few minutes then plug in power cord and try booting up. "can take up to 5 minutes to finish before being able to be booted" try that and let me know
If battery is fully charged, should work fine now. But battery may not be charged properly so check the charge and you can remove power once fully charged.
