I tried one 4 pin and heard water churning for a bit. And then I found another 3 pin slot next to a 2 pin and I'm using that now.

I hear water churning. Finally lol.

I guess the 3 pin slot seems broken but I can hear the pump working when I tried it on a 4 pin gpu fan slot. Is this ok?

I do not see another open 3 pin slot

I do not here any difference with the fans off. I tried plugging in and hearing the pump and unplugging with no difference. And the h60 is brand new. Maybe it's not getting enough power?
