Thank you. will look into it. Main question, will a fx-6350 bottleneck that card on high setting (Hd7970)? Main concern right now is if I need to return this 6350 or not. Its frustrating. Some forums say no the fx-6350 will not bottleneck a mid-range card and others say it will.

After collecting the great info I received I have decided to go with my option 2 build. Stick with 8GB Ram, and sell my 560ti and save up a little more and get a better video card than the R9 270X. Thanks again. Any suggestions on a video card For around $300
