Thanks for all the info! it turns out that one of the stick is FAULTY i’m looking to buy a new pair, just a quick question would my specs support the same brand but instead of 3200 i push for 4000.

Hi guys please please help ive just recently upgraded my ram from 2x8 16 2300 to 2x16 3200 they are both ddr4 so i pulled out all the old ones, and replaced the new RAM sticks in the same slots therefore activating dual channels however my computer did not recognise these new RAM sticks instead...
