it starts up but the log on screen never shows up. it just stays black. and i have tried using safe mode and i hate it! it really doesnt let me do anything. i will try using the website and update you guys. toodles! :]

i have an hp laptop & my login screen will not pop up at the start up. i've tried recovering it multiple times & still nothing. what should i do? help! please? :]
