hey guys so i just installed an app on my pc called Argus monitor and i went over to the motherboard tab and did a one hour stress test and saw that the temps rose wich was promising as maybe they would have been false readings, ill post some pictures and my question is if temp3 might be the NB...

alright, i managed to make some pictures but after what you said i feel like nothing should be wrong. i have a really crap camera but hope it is clear that some chokes have slight discoloration

right so i bought a gigabyte x58 ud5 motherboard and as soon as i unpacked it i noticed that 3 of the 12 R80 chokes have some sort of discoloration, slicht dark spots on them that i cant rub off. because of this im scared to overclock my cpu because ive been told that the "R" chokes do something...

when i opened up msi afterburner i found it funny that there was only an option for Cpu1 temp and all the others simply didn't show up, i then installed HWmonitor and noticed my brand new pc is only showing package temperatures and not individual cores... anyone know why? specs: -ryzen 5 2600...
