I would get used RAM/CPU/MOTHERBOARD. Upgrade the CPU to a "K"model if you can and try to get at least a 1070 GPU (to future proof you game rig but not totally necessary) and a slightly better PSU (500w to 600w GOLD model). If you wait and watch on ebay you can find some really good deals. But...

Sounds like something is bad. Doesnt sound like a BIOS issue. All you can do is troubleshoot hardware now. Unless Im wrong, hopefully, it is just a configuration issue but sounds hardware related to me.

Thats never happened to me. The only time something similar has happened is when I OCd my RAM too much. I had to reset my BIOS to default and start again. You ran the ez tuning wizard and you couldnt access BIOS after that? Did your computer just freeze up? Maybe your CPU or RAM couldnt handle...

If you have a metal side on your case you can drill holes for the pipes to poke out of or hammer the case side to dent out a bit to fit the pipes... At first I thought you OCd your CPU to the point that it melted the pipes..lol I was going to say JOB WELL DONE!
