around 70C max. Gpu is about 82C max. Also, i just noticed the stuttering happens even over 60 fps.

I've tried both on and off, same result but (obviously) lower gpu usage with it on

I believe the problem lies in the ram or cpu because reduced setting and/or res doesnt seem to lessen the frame drops.
