So i recently got a new PC with a GTX 1050 Ti and when i plug it in with a HDMI the tv/monitor says theres a signal but its just black. I've tried it with two tvs actually so im confused if its a GPU problem or the fact i don't have a proper monitor ?

For some reason weird lines appear on my screen for specific apps. They arent horizontal lines they are just random and grainy. Can anyone help?
